These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the ZimAuto website hereinafter referred to as the "Website", including but not limited to vehicle sales, rentals, and any other services that may be offered by ZimAuto. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website.

1. User Conduct
